  • Double Decker Dennis - Sleeps up to 6, self contained accommodation with fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, large dinning area, upper and lower lounge areas. With a large master bedroom, small double and 2 pod bunk beds. 75% powered by solar so great for the environment. Outside has private decking with hot tub & BBQ.



  • Pod Pod - Sleeps up to 4 people with wood burning stove, private decking with BBQ & firepit, Inside has views over the fields and hedges, small kitchen and hob for a coffee in the morning. Solar powered lights / phone chargers. 

  • Rice Horse box - Super cosy Sleeps 2 people on a sofa bed looking over the fields sheep & cows, uses an electric heater in the winter months, solar powered lights / phone chargers. 

  • Tiny House - Super cute tiny house can sleep up to 4 people, private decking with BBQ & firepit, gas stove, mini kitchen and solar powered lights / phone chargers. 

  • Panda BBQ - Yes you can sleep in our converted fiat panda pod summer only, small double bed, bbq under the hood and kitchen in the rear. 

  • Shepherds Hut - Converted shepherds trailer available as soon as we finish it !

Find us 

Turn off the A1 from north or south following signs for Lightwater valley theme park and Ripon. Join at the north end of the Ripon bypass onto the A6108 (signposted Ripon, Masham); Cross river and continue straight at Clock Tower (nor right to Masham ) at  traffic lights; in about 300 yards at next traffic lights turn right and follow Marshall Way and College Road passing booths / Argos ( a good place to stock up ); at second mini roundabout turn right; in about 5.5 miles another right turn with signs for  Kirkby Malzeard , on entering the village crossroads (and pub, take note ) turn left into Galphay Road. Site is on the right in 300 yards up a gravel drive
